  • Pop music caters to the lowest common denominator since that means the most people will spend money on it. Advancements in technology allow one single person to make entire albums without touching a single musical instrument

    Not only this, but pop music can actually influence other genres, since they're more or less setting the bar

            To be successful then you had to play well enough to convince an investor of some sort

            Now anyone can create a music channel and a music empire, if they know how to work the systems
