There is no calculated time into a relationship where it's ok to live together as it's deifferent for everyone. The right time is if you have seen him in all states, by that i mean you've seen what he's like angry, you've seen what he's like drunk, you've seen him stressed out etc. just so you're not in for any surprises. Also try spending a week together (if you haven't allready done so) because people have alot of at-home habbits you might not notice but end will bother you once you're living together.
