  • Train yourself so that no matter how much you drink, before going to bed take one 500mg paracetamol or other painkiller, and at least two (more if you've drunk a lot) vitamin B tablets, with as much water as you can drink. Don't pee the bed. In the morning, another painkiller if necessary, greasy breakfast and fruit juice. Sex is good, but masturbation is better. You still get the endorphin/dopamine effects, but without all that unnecessary thrashing around. Or finding someone who passes muster at 9 in the morning. When finished, curl up and go back to sleep. If you don't finish, you probably needed the sleep more.
