What's before the comma is known as an independent clause, what's after is a dependent clause; so this sentence is grammatically correct
As for starting/ending a sentence with a coordinating conjunction or ablative/adverbial phrases, I believe it's a much older rule that's no longer used, or was never a rule to begin with (more like a formality maybe?)
Double negative nouns do not exist, but double negatives do, and their usage isn't wrong as much as it just needs to be acknowledged
Fuck is one of those words that you can literally use at any point in a sentence, I read a thing once that talked about its versatility

I noticed four mistakes.
The comma after "ass" should be a fullstop.
The exclamation mark after "shit" ends the sentence, so the "and" at the start of the next sentence is incorrect phrasing.
The first "and" combined the two sentences, making the whole comment grammatically wrong.
"Fucking retarded" is a double negative noun. So it is wrong.
