Mkay... about my period blood.

So... this month, my period blood smelled really metallic. You know how blood usually has that faint smell of iron? Imagine it being amplified by ten. It smells as if I stuck an iron ingot in my hoo-ha and left it there to rust. Does this warrant a doctors visit?

    Sometimes periods smell weird. I wouldn't worry about it.

    That's never happened to me before... weird. If it's very different from your normal period, it's better just to go check. There's nothing wrong with going there. GL

    Here's a link to the chemistry. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oct-1-en-3-one . Probably has more to do with oxidation, or enzymatic peroxides. Don't worry about it.
