  • Alcohol is rough enough on a sleep cycle without a bunch of sugar and caffiene up in your grill.

    The ideal hangover-proofing is to drink a good top-shelf straight vodka and chase it with lots of water.

    Many folks forget or don't factor in that they've probably eaten a bunch of crappy fried appetizers or rich heavy foods once they got drunk. Try to avoid this, your judgement tries to go south on you when drinking. Don't let it in this regard.
