I have been dating a 55 yr. old man for 10 months. I am 46 yr. old female. He says he loves me and everything and isn't afraid to show affection. But why does he look at other girls body's like their legs and butts?? I get so damned mad, maybe jealous, it always ends up in an argument. Y do guys who are in a relationship look at other women?? How can I not be jealous about it and accept it?? I don't want it to bother me but it does.

    No way! Do not listen to these people. It's NOT ok! Seriously would he like it if you were checking out other guys bodies... NO! Don't put up with this! Do not let him disrespect you anymore and don't disrespect yourself by allowing this to continue. This is not the guy for you. And btw it's not a guy thing... It's an asshole thing.

    It's biology and have been like that since the beginning of life on earth.
    Males and females are attracted to characteristics of the opposite sex, because they are the ones who have the good genes that they can pass on to their children - thus feeding to the "survival of the fittest"-theory.
    Your bf, like any other animal, is looking (or examining) the characteristics of the other species IF he is not already fully satisfied with his current partner's genes, looks or any other level of objective measurement.

    He thinks he's a young virile stud. Treat it as a laugh coz I'm sure young teenage girls etc regard him as an old 'pervert' who probably scares them, if they catch him looking.
    He sounds rather pathetic to be honest but I see this all the time, and usually tell the men that they're scaring the girls with their ugly leering.

    I always tell my husband when I think another guy is hot. It doesn't mean I love them or want to be with them. More often then not, the hot guy is a total jerk.

    Its normal we all are perverts woman an men both (but mostly us guys) its normal ......just think about it ...you might be no diffrent eithier we all stare at peoples junk sometimes ........or maybe he was killing a bug on another womans ass by stareing at it .....stare fights are hard to win

    My husband will check out other females. It's annoying, but I don't let it bother me to the extent of letting it affect my sense of self or our relationship. Besides, I find myself checking women out or men out too and its not in a lustful way but just in a you're attractive way. Talk to him abt it and tell him it bothers you. If he looks at other women and lusts after them, then you have a problem. But he's a male and most likely he's just looking like everyone else.
