UM , I think they lick better things than windows.
They drop their pants on the tard cart and have at it on the seats or in the aisle with no shame.
Both sexes of all ages know what it is and what to do with it.
From what I've seen this is probably what happens, the people left in charge of them are usually frail old people or young volunteer children, and none of them can stop these people from having there way, in public or not. The bus driver, most likely, just looks the other way like the rest of them do.
