    Do you have a tendency to feel cold; and or do your muscles feel stiff, and sore?

      Yea constantly all 3 cold muscles stiff and super sore got this knot in My back that feel like somebidy constantly pressing a golf ball into my back

        It's possible you could have hypothyroidism. Low thyroid can cause and contribute to depression as well as causing a one to feel cold and stiff.

        I know, because I have low thyroid.
