    I don't believe that I am actually talking to them, but I always sort of hold fake, made-up conversations in my head between me and him, in hopes of real conversations that are just as good :)

    Everyone has different beliefs on things, so yes that is a possibility. Or it could just be your imgination. Talk to someone who deals with things spiritually and I'm sure they could tell you if he does or not. Personally, I do believe in communication through the brain without speaking, but that's just me.
