Hi, today is Monday and on Thursday at night I started menstruating. But the thing is... is it normal if I still have menstrual cramps? Usually, my stomach hurts only before menstruating but not during. I'm still having this cramps.. is it normal?

    Its normal for you to be crampy still. Get yourself a nice hot water bottle a pain reliever designed for cramps and yes some chocolate and relax with a good movie. Cramps shouldn't last much longer. :)

    I have heard that chocolate helps, but other than that I do not know as I am a dude.
