Wouldn't bother me at all. My ex has pretty significant scars on her face from some kind of injury, which she never talked about so I don't know what happened. I still think she was hot. If a guy is bothered by that stuff they are probably shallow and worried what their friends will think, which makes them pretty immature and you're best without them.
