Your concern is reasonable and understandable, and I'm sure there are guys who would find the scars so unattractive that they were more important than all your other qualities and attributes.
However, you probably don't really want to spend time with guys who are obsessed with women who are physically flawless.
I'm sure the scars wouldn't be an issue for most guys, and there will even be some guys who would actually like them.
