Your post is strange, as in, you speak of culture, yet you have us choose by race as if culture can't expand beyond that; it makes your search for a wife seem superficial.
Anyway, if you're looking for a young adult woman, then go with American culture. Many are more open to explore our sexual desires without heavy religious involvement. Plus, Americans can be anyone nowadays who were born in the country, so you're not limited to just one particular race.
If you're aiming for a teenager, then her culture really doesn't matter since you'll be teaching her everything she'll need to know sexually; so whatever race you want is up to you. You can start by looking at the age of consent around the world, and just choose (Africa is fucked... 11 is too young...).
If you READ my post, it clearly states I'm asking about cultures OTHER than American. Of course one should take in many factors when considering a mate. Just because I posted THIS one does not mean it's uppermost in my mind. And I said NOTHING about teens - jeez! Younger for me is 30-40. But I don't recall asking for opinions on age.

Then you also have to take in to consideration of the age differences of the users on this site and their level of morality. I'm 28, so a young wife to me (within my moral compass) would be 18; however, you can ask another user what a young wife would be, and he could say 9 years old; you'll never know, so you can't get mad at us for information you failed to provide.
Also, you're asking about cultures but making us choose by race. That's ignorant. Americans are made up of MANY different races with the dominate being Caucasian. Since you want to be a simpleton about your own question, I vote Caucasian. Caucasians can be found all over the world, but you claim to be smarter than us, so you can figure it out.
