Well I'm going to get disliked for not going straight away with the "everything is equal, men have vaginas and women have penises and everything they do is equally the same" line of thinking but meh, here it goes.
I would say men just due to all the statues they've made, the paintings, and amazing buildings. People generally think of art like a drawing or something but they don't take in to account everything else.
So I would say initially men primarily due to the buildings we have and how amazing a lot o them have been made. Meh, iffy on the paintings. Perhaps equal but again most well known and admired ones have been from men.
Music videos, though...Women seem to be the best at making those. I'm just taken back by how well people make them and the best ones tend to be women.
Ooo, and writing. I forgot about that. I think that women are possibly better at certain types of creative writing. It depends on the genre though.
So overall I would say that men are more artistically talenteed in some ways and women are more artistically talented in some ways.
