It isn't? I've been told different, but I haven't really researched the topic that much.
it has some benefits but it isnt worth it .. do not do it . if oyu do it aa lot now you wont be able to stop when youre older
I don't do it that often, maybe once or twice a month tbh. I'll keep that in mind
