Men: is it normal to get butterflies in your penis?

I know what butterflies in the stomach feels like; I get that feeling when I'm nervous. But sometimes when I experience upwards g-force, such as going over the peak of a hill in a car or going back down on a swing, I get the same butterflies feeling, but in my penis.

Is this normal?

    Whoa this happens to girls too! Like it it happens to me and alot of girls I know haha. It's hard to describe the feeling but it's come from down there hahah

    I like it it was just awkward to fell that way at 10 and to feel that way at a girls house (like a friend not a gf) and I got a boner she would turn her head and laff and I would blush and run haha XD
