    no that's not an hourglass. hourglass just means a women has a small waist in comparison to her bust and hips. atleast a 9 inch difference.

    Hourglass - 36-24- 36
    Rectangle - 36-30-36
    Apple - 36-29-32
    Pear 32-24-36
