I think the big diference is that, normaly, on flirting the guys are the ones that start it, and girls just let it happen. So I find it more anoying when, in a relationship, the guy is flirting.
But I would find as much anoying if the girl did as a guy and started it, or even more anoying.
I voted "I am a woman, and flirting is okay; as long as it is not acted upon".
I personaly am not a big fan. But it's nice to hear some compliments sometimes.
