Men and marvel movies

Is it possible to meet a man in the entire universe who isnt obsessed with Marvel? Superhero movies are very boring. They're all identical pretty much. Why so many men make being a Marvel fan their entire personality? I dont want to hear about Marvel for an hour straight.
I dont want to hear about lord of the rings for an hour either.
Disney owns Marvel these days. Superhero movies are juvenile especially Marvel. The other ones are least tolerable.

marvel movies suck! being a male I am appalled that everyone thinks men are so stupid as to find humor and pleasure in a movie about superhero's, not saying the movies are wrong, just dont group people as not everyone enjoys such movies.

I’m quite picky when it comes to film. It has to have a pretty good script or I couldn’t care less for it. That leaves garbage like superhero movies well off the list.

I'm a man and I don't like superhero movies. Where's my award? XD

They are just silly and make no sense. The plots are garbage, the villains act predictably and make foolish mistakes. And the heroes are just lame. Bad story writing galore!

"My parents got murdered, so I became a billionaire and I dress up as a bat and fight crime at night with bat-shaped equipment!" > Insert slow clap here <

How about using all that money to make the best private security firm your town has ever seen, work with the government to find new ways to prevent crimes. Hire mercenaries to keep your city crime-free... All better ways to protect your city, without wearing spandex and having a gay love affair with your sidekick.

And don't get me started on the villains...

I feel the same way about zombie movies - even lamer than superhero movies. Zombies as a concept can not exist, or can't exist for an extended period of time. So all those movies where survivors fight zombies for years - total BS!

If there was a way to reanimate a corpse and make it do the things your typical zombie does, it won't have the energy to do it for more than a second as the muscles are deprived of sustenance and oxygen.

Marvel movies are crap. But to be honest, they're better than romantic comedies, which most women seem to love.

I think you are overgeneralizing. Many men are not that into the Marvel Superheros.

While I grew up reading superman, spider-man, and a few others in comics; I quickly transitioned to Mad Magazine as a teenager. I just am not into many of the Marvel superheroes at all.

I have seen the early Superman movies up to say the mid 1980's and the 1st Spider-man movie. But, have had no desire or interest in the later movies. I did see Captain Marvel a few years ago with my wife (she wanted to see it). It was OK.

I'm more of a DC girl myself, but the cinematic universe meant to compete with the Marvel universe was absolute garbage.

They're really not that rare. I don't care about Marvel movies; no one I know cares about Marvel movies. I feel like the ones who do care are actually the minority, but that's just my experience. It could be that you just attract that type of person.
