Anyway, an out of body experience is where you feel like you are not in your body or can perceive your body from the outside or can exit your body in astral form etc.
It is also possible that you self-hypnotized yourself (common amongst those who are easily hypnotized).
Of course, we must not ignore the possibility that the water in that shower was really hot or really cold and simply a shock to your system and you were hallucinating the whole thing.
There's nothing inherently abnormal about any of these options, but if the occurrence keeps on happening and you cannot explain it, please see your doctor and express your concerns.
