Well, typically mechanophilia applies to sexual attraction towards fully intact cars. Most likely, the YouTube commenters re are just trolling for laughs, but it's not entirely unheard of, if not all that common.
Accidents are classified under dystychiphilia, or else symphorophilia, like stated in the above comment, but then again, spinning tires and revving engines apply to intact cars even not set up for an accident, so there is that.
