Whenever I masturbate (I am a dude), it is extremely painful. It's hard to describe, but I'd probably compare it to having my d*** pulled off.

But even though I know it'll hurt (and it even hurts to be hard sometimes), I can't help but masturbate, I find myself absentmindedly tugging at my prick and at that point it's almost impossible for me to stop for some reason. Even coming doesn't feel good.

Am I addicted to the act of jerking off? Is this normal?

    I would be concerned about WHY it is painful. Are you doing it too hard, do you have any injuries, anything?

      Maybe I'm doing it too hard, but for the most part it's just orgasm that hurts. The stroking itself feels fine. I don't see how I possibly could have gotten an STD and I've recently found that if I hold my penis in a different way (cupping the tip instead of gripping the shaft (this is how I masturbated when I was 14-15)) it feels great!

      Ironically, now that I masturbate like that I have been able to easily curb my masturbation, so I'm not sure what's going on.
