How normal is this? I know someone that still jacks off to the thought of their ex? They would never tell their current gf, but for some reason their ex pops up in their head every time they do the deed by themselves and has occasionally popped up while they were with their current partner.

      I think every situation is different. I'm friends with all three of them, it's not really weird. He cleared up a lot of shit that happened in the past with his ex, there isn't negative energy or unresolved hurt feelings there anymore, they've both moved on.

      Lol it's not me, I'm a chick. We're friends he asked me if it was weird, I told him I didn't think it was. I thought it was normal but advised him not to tell his gf that he thinks about his ex while they're being intimate or while he masturbates.

      He mentioned that he looked at old pictures of her, I didn't think it was any different than him watching or looking at girls in porn.

        Haha ok I was wrong about that one then. :) your advice is good if he tells his gf it's curtains for him. But then she'll be the ex and he might think of her :)
