    Why would you be doing this with your mother anyways?

    A very tight foreskin can be called Phimosis. You can try to stretch it everyday but it doesn't always work. You can go see a doctor who can give you steroid creme that maybe could help. You can always get a cicumcision if nothing works. I'm sure there's more options but you can look it up on your own big boy.
