Masiochistic with food? iin?

It's a little hard to explain, but basically I love tormenting myself with food. Some things I enjoy are :

-starving myself
-binge eating for hours until and beyond the point of vomiting.
-Drinking gallons of milk in as little time as possible
-Taking super sour or spicy things like hot peppers or biting straight into a lemon.
-Taking massive bites of weird stuff like an entire cup of peanut butter in one bite.
-Consuming nasty bodily fluids like semen, piss, blood, other people's spit, snot boogers ect.

Basically I like eating nasty shit and eating so much food I feel like shit. Is this normal, and more importantly, should I be concerned?

        Pretty much everything you listed isn't really considered normal behavior and you should seek help whether it's through a therapist, psychologist, or a psychiatrist.

        Starving yourself and binge eating to the point of vomiting would be bad enough by itself. You run the risk of hurting yourself by that alone. Drinking semen and urine, as far as I'm aware, isn't that bad as long as you aren't doing it too often, but drinking blood and eating other people snot and spit could have some health concerns.

        Drinking blood can cause hemochromatosis, which is essentially iron overdose. Humans have not evolved to drink blood and because of that our bodies can't really deal with the large amounts of iron found in blood efficiently. Hemochromatosis can cause liver damage, irregular heartbeat, and can even lead to cancer.

        The snot and spit thing is mainly bad because you are exposing yourself to potentially harmful pathogens increasing your chances of getting sick.

    I would be concerned. That behavior is unhealthy for your body and there may be some subconscious reason you want to do this to yourself (eating disorder, self-hate, etc.). I would seek out counseling and establish a set diet so you can get into a normal eating pattern.
