Time for a little reality check. Every one including you women check other people out. I watched a study where they had people wear these glasses that tracked people's eye movements, and also camera's that pointed outwards so they could see what the eyes were viewing. When a person meets some one new they do it unconsciously. If he's not really flirting with them (striking up conversations with them), I suspect he believes he's telling the truth. In reality you do it too but you don't even realize it.
