    Ugliness isn't an indicator for being evil.

    Attractiveness isn't an indicator for being good.

    It is plain unreasonable and unfair to judge by appearances.

    If this man is bothering you, tell him to leave you alone. If he refuses, you have the right to take legal action against him and get a restraining order.

      Looks have nothing to do with my dislike of him. HE IS A TERRIBLE HUMAN BEING. He's a lying, manipulative sociopath. He beat up a little kid once when he was drunk. He told everyone a friend he was arguing with was an violent and abusive boyfriend. He spread a false rumour that some guy he had a fight with was a rapist...just because he said he didn't want to hang out on a particular day. He's poison.

        I see. Then, make a report of this to the cops. It would save not only yourself but, others from having to deal with him and his negatives.

      Secondly, I told him a girl I knew was raped. He told me he was there and jump kicked the rapist "off a cliff at a park".
