I dunno... I'm female and do occasionally see a guy and think "I'd do him"... but i wouldn't ever because I'm in a committed relationship?
I suppose it's whether he means "men see girls and feel sexual urges, but would never act on it" or if he means "All men want to cheat on their wives. Some are better at stopping themselves."
Looking is okay. Occasional imagining is okay. Genuinely WANTING to cheat is heading into the realm of not okay...
