Man always wants to sleep with other girls, is that normal?

It is definately normal than men are biologically programmed to 'spread their seed'/sleep around to a much greater extent than women are. However, now that we are evolved, intelligent, thoughtful human beings, men should be able to rationalise this urge and deal with it. The only time it's appropiate and fair for guys to sleep with other women is if the couple has agreed to an open relationship or similar arrangement. Never let him use it as an excuse to cheat... it's 2012 and as I said, we're evolved now. I think it's important to talk about things like this if there is a need to. A lot of women would take this kind of 'confession' personally and see it as a reflection on themselves. I think it's quite honest of a man to talk about it and it doesn't mean he doesn't love whoever he's with. That's the thing - sleeping around isn't love, it's not a relationship. To me the healthiest r'ships are the ones where both people can say, "He's fit/ she's cute" without the other taking it personally etc. That shows a lot of security in the r'ship and in the individuals.
