    Well you can do what one of my coworkers said he tried...

    He'd go up to girls and ask "Do you want to have pizza and sex".
    If they said "No" he'd ask them why they didn't like pizza.

    Results... he claimed he got the following reactions (all about 1/3 of the time for each)

    1) Slapped
    2) The girl laughed and at least talked to him
    3) Laid

    he said a 1/3 chance of getting laid wasn't bad.
