I think that you can develop a sense of people's stance. Bars are a difficult place to read people. Much easier to catch onto the projections of a girl at a smaller party or friends of friends setting...or even at work. And I definitely wouldn't state "do you wanna fuck.." ..that's too forward. If anything, state that you've been working so much (or whatever) that you haven't had time to do anything fun.
