Making a pube sweater?

I've been saving pubes for a while now to hopefully make a pube sweater.

I have 'shearing parties' with friends so that I get a couple different colors of pubes to add pizzazz. My friend who is a natural redhead charges me for his pubes because 'they're spectacular' (his words, not mine, but I sort of agree). I pay him with a 12-pack of brew, it's worth it.

I got the idea when I was browsing Amazon and I came across a book called 'Knitting With Dog Hair'. True story, go look, the book is real.

I have enough pubic hair saved up to begin trying to spin it into yarn. I'm so excited!

It's probably going to be itchy but I don't care. I'll wear a turtle neck underneath.

I thought of the most amazing idea to top off the sweater once finished!! A big, giant brooch that resembles a pubic louse!!

I'm really looking forward to the finished product, and I imagine when I wear it out and about people will have an uncontrollable urge to reach out and feel this odd looking material...haha!!

is it normal to make a pube sweater?

    That's a fantastic idea, but for safety reasons, the hairs should be sterilised. How does one sterilise pubic hair? Maybe, I should try this since after all, my cave resides in a jungle that is in need of some serious deforestation!
