Ive also seen this in other fields it says people make less than they do alot of times on google.
Schnieder wants to change how our on duty not driving pay works. Hopefully it's a lucrative change since that's 25% of my paycheck. If not well I'll just tough it out for a year.

Its hard to find actual salaries for fields. If I google my job and position it says I make half the hourly rate I do.

Yeah some companies give them a flat fee. I enjoy just getting paid per hour
