Is it normal when I feel my butt I feel dozens of big lumps inside? Now that I look at my butt, my ass is just lumpy and bumpy in general. WTF has anyone ever experienced this?

This is cellulite. It's virtually impossible to get rid of, but exercise can lessen it as can some medications, and deep tissue massage. Talk to a doctor.

I had the same exact thing as you not too long ago, but I never found out what they were. I just decided to keep myself hydrated, go potty often, and not touch them too much. I think my plan worked, because they're not there anymore. It could also be irritated.

They might be something called lymphnodes. I have a problem with them because I had lymphoma. They are usually found in your neck, under your arms, or between your pelvic plates but they can move anywhere in the body. If they do move around, they could be cancerous, you should talk to your doctor.
Uhm.... Are the limps hard? Can't say I know what you mean cuz my rear is in no way lumpy,,, maybe get it checked out by a doc?
