I just started having those lucid dreams here lately and just curious if most people can do this?

    Really, I think anyone can do it if they try. However, when I taught myself (I used the dream notebook method), I found that I felt tired during the day. Does this happen to you?

    I don't think its common. If you enjoy thinking about dreams check out the movie Waking Life. Its trippy.
