OP, 'love' is a very flexible word these days. I can well believe that your girl 'loves' you both in that she has feelings of attachment for you both. But she doesn't have respect, faithfulness or kindness - and in my opinion, love is those things, too. And they are things that people owe to each other - especially people in relationships.
'I love you both in different ways' is a bad excuse. People can say that about their friends, their children and their colleagues. But the kind of 'love' in those cases is different.
When it comes to sex, there shouldn't even be a 'both'.
