It's completely normal to enjoy being tied up and gagged - it's just a part of bondage. I'm really into it too.
Personally, I really love being ball gagged - I find it really hot. However, if you are going to get a ball gag, make sure you get one that's good for beginners, because they can sometimes be a bit painful if you aren't used to them. My personal favourite gag is a cleave gag though - I think they look amazing :)
