So as long as siblings don't "copulate," they're free to build a life together? Thought experiment: two adult siblings living together in a way that has all the features of a spousal relationship -- except the sex. They don't date or have sex with anyone else, but share a residence they jointly own, have each other as the beneficiaries in their wills, have given each other power of attorney over everything and all sorts of legal nuances. They like each other, understand each other, do everything together, have intimate communication and, depending on whether you think that's acceptable, may or may not be physically affectionate with each other in ways that are uncommon for siblings, like cuddling in the same bed together (on top of being very loving and caring in more important ways). Suppose they're even raising kids together, perhaps from a previous relationship (like step-kids, who are also nieces/nephews).
