You are close enough to her to know how she feels about you. So if you push her to romance & she doesn't feel that way, I think you will lose her as a friend. But if you feel you can talk with her about these feelings without expecting or pressuring her to feel the same way - that it is a problem you have, then, well maybe... your call.
