Loud sounds makes my muscles twitch?

So ive been noticing that when I go to a concert or listen to a band live, and they start playing loudly certain sounds the instruments make my ears hurt and then makes a body part of mine twitch, usually my legs or back. Ive also notice this happening when people speak really loudly, or if their voice is a low tone. And my tv will make me do it as well. I was just wondering if this happens to anyone else? Not sure why this is..

It could be neurological reaction. For instance, the sounds set off something in your brain, which in turn, causes it to send out signals that make your muscles twitch. I don't think that is normal. It reminds me of a spasm or seizure.

My muscles twitch too, I think they're just benign muscle Fasciculation.

Legs or back? Next time you feel the sensation, bend over and twerk that shit out. Twerk hard and fast. You can print off a picture of Miley Cyrus to keep in your pocket if you need inspiration in the moment. Make sure you twerk for a good 5-10 minutes every time. If you are sitting on the couch, get up and brace yourself against the tv, and twerk hard.
