Some places have formal or informal blacklists of tenants which landlords check prior to renting. Hopefully, you'll be on a local list as soon as the landlord finds out about your criminal damage to his property.
Some landlords are greedy scuzzballs, but you're the sort of stupid, irresponsible tenant that makes life harder for decent renters.

yeah but he won't, my friend said landlords dont sue because its not worth it to them and they end up spending more trying to go after a tenants money
