I'm so sorry this all happened to you. But i do believe its possible to get over it. It will take a while but you can do it!
You have a right to know the answers to your questions so try and talk to your ex about them.
You wont be able to wake up and have to pain all gone but it'll get easier to handle and one day you'll be able to look back on this and see how lucky u were to have gone through it and come out the other side stronger. good luck :)
