And u don't enjoy these amazing skills?? I wish I could do a few of those things! You just need to GET OUT! U need to make new buddies, and learn to love what u have, and tackle your depression and delete your "phobia" from your lifestyle, being scared to talk to people will get u nowhere but loneliness, and NOoNE, Not a single person in this world, likes alot about theirselevs. I have very low self esteem, and I hate how I look, talk, sound, and yet I still push on and don't give a fuck about others opinions, (at least I try not to)
So stop feeling sorry for yourself! The working out should help your self esteem though, it builds muscle as well as character(: let me sing you.
