Loosing hairs at the age of 24.

thanks for reading my post first of all.
so, I am a 24 years old guy, and i am loosing hairs really fast, like when i wake up i have a lot of hairs on my pillow, and when i apply the shampoo on my head a lot of hairs break off. is there anything that can help me regrow hairs, or make my hairs ( few that are left) strong and not fall off too?

Is It Normal?

  • If male pattern baldness runs in your family there's not much you can do bro. Rogane, hair transplants, stress free lifestyle? Just don't keep messing with your hair and stressing about it, also don't wear hats.

    • Yes!!!! Lovely advice, the one about the hats... All it does is either make it more obvious or age-inappropriate.

  • Its not normal. But it happens to some guys. I'd see a doctor and make sure its not cus ur sick or being poisoned by something. And if u are losing it, go to a specialist. Its way easier for them to keep if from falling out then to transplant it back.

  • Even when young, people lose like... how many hairs everyday?!

  • Fun fact: Just because you lose some hair does not mean that you'll lose it all, or even a substantial amount. Basically, you never really know.

Please correct me if I'm possibly wrong.
