Yes this is normal. I'm 26 soon to be 27 and I get people telling me that I look 16-19 years of age. I always have to show my ID when seeing an R rated movie, when I want to buy lotto tickets, and when I cash in my scratch offs. It's sort of annoying, but at the same time it's pretty awesome knowing I look younger than my age.

I get the same shit, im 25 and look like a 20 year old, but it nice thinking i will look 5 years younger for the rest of my life
