Some people you just never forget. You never forget how you loved them, that you actually start to realize a part of you still does. Obviously she made an impact on your life. For you to still be thinking about her today, 15 years later. She must've been a very special person, and you both must've had a very special connection.
I think this happens sometimes. But I think its very rare when it does. When, and if somebody ever asks if anyone ever changed your life, she'd probably be the one who did. Sometimes the memory is so strong of one person that it makes you wonder why the memories of other people aren't that strong. Their strong memory is what sets them apart from the rest.
Their was probably a reason for you guys meeting, and having such a good time sneaking around with each other in the past. Ask yourself if you learned anything from her, and the experiences you had together? You'll carry that forever. Until one day you might meet again.
Yes she and we were a once in a life time love affair. A Love people hardly ever know these days. I looked up this post because I recently had another dream of her....what I remember is dropping her off to work. I got out of the car and I hugged her good bye. It felt SOOOO good to hold her in my arms. All that time, I felt that same love for her as if it were real right now at the moment. At this point, being in another marriage is pointless. But my Love for MSJ will not fade.
