  • lol a poll was done in Australia not to long ago about kids born in the mid 70's to the early 90s stay at home for longer than older people did, men who in their adolescence were from two-parent families. Thirty-three per cent of men (compared with 16 per cent of women) had never left home and 45 per cent of men from two-parent families (compared with 15 per cent from stepfamilies and 26 per cent from sole-parent families) had not lived away from home.

    in the uk
25% of men aged 25 to 29 now live with their parents. This is almost double the proportion of women in their late 20s (13%) who still live at home.

and 1 in three of these people do it because they like a full fridge cooked meals and cheap rent.

i left home when i was 16 and went flatting i was studying full time at a poly tech and working part time at a McDonald's (selling drugs was just a side line) but leaving home so early has made my life now possibly a little harder as it is harder to save money and get the things you need but has also made me independent and prepared me for life.
i hope this gives you your answer lol
