They aren't going to change. Sloppy people never do.
So what can you do ... you can do as others have suggested and leave.
You can also find something that annoys the hell of them and passive aggressively do that.
You could also just take the dishes off of the counter and throw them in the trash. They will wonder after awhile what happened and you can play dumb. Then replace the regular plates with paper plates ... no washing = no mesh = no insanity.
You could also remove the toilet seat when they're not their and throw that away too. Apparently, they don't know how to use a toilet properly, so fuck 'em. Then play dumb.
Punish each infraction with disposal of the item the offense was created with. Then play dumb about. Eventually, you will have thrown away enough stuff that their house starts appearing clean.
