The problem is there's nothing wrong with him to go to psychologist. Genetics determined that he has different preferences than other people which is little girls. It's not something he can control like it or not. But obviously he should not act on little girls / harm them.
Personally, I'm attracted to baby faces, so anime girls whose age are around 2 years older than me, Japanese girls within my age range or 2-4 years younger, or white girls 4-6 years younger.
From most babyface to least babyface, anime girl -> japanese girl -> white girl -> hispanic girls -> etc.
